As a junior UI/UX designer, you’ll turn imagination into impact for a diverse range of national clients. This role supports senior UI/UX leaders and other teams across the company to create human-centered experiences that convince and convert.

What you’ll do:
Translate creative strategy into persuasive digital solutions, from landing pages and websites to marketing campaigns and experiences
Take a holistic view of UI/UX by considering how all the elements of the interface and interaction come together to hit the sweet spot between user needs and client goals
Collaborate with and support UI/UX leads, creative directors, designers, copywriters, UX strategists, content strategists and technologists to concept and design effective solutions that drive measurable results
Participate in/review stakeholder and user research to underpin your design decisions with strategic insights
Visualize and architect ideas for customer journey maps, wireframes, user flow diagrams, prototypes and other interactive designs–while championing consistency, flexibility and user experience best practices
Present your work with clarity and confidence, in layperson terms for internal teams and clients with varying levels of digital experience
Create, maintain, expand and scale design systems
Discuss and document functional requirements for technology team so they understand how to effectively bring the experience to life
Stay up-to-date with technologies/industry trends, apply them to your day-to-day activities and be an advocate for digital best practices
Assist with various design deliverables, not limited to digital, but also including marketing collateral, ad resizing, data visualization, etc.
Your experience:
1-3 years of experience designing responsive interfaces for websites, landing pages and design systems
Proven experience with prototyping and communicating concepts using Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud products
Familiarity with information architecture and user experience design process and deliverables. These include but aren’t limited to user research, information architecture, wireframing, design, prototyping and quality assurance.
Ability to follow, understand and refine digital design and development processes
Understanding of product design, user experience, information hierarchy, user flows, composition, layout, color and typography
Familiarity with web and mobile technologies and content management systems such as WordPress and Drupal
Familiarity with WCAG, 508 and ADA accessibility standards
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
