About the role
We are looking for a Lead Designer to lead a team of 4 (2 Visual Designers and 2 Conversational Designers) while working closely with one of our Product Managers. The Lead Designer will work cross functionally with other designers, product managers, data analysts, and engineers so being able to communicate clearly, collaborate with other team members and work with well-defined processes and best practices will be required.
What you’ll do
Discover and validate customer pains, and come up with solutions in an iterative and hypothesis-based fashion
Directly collaborate with one of our product teams to deliver high-quality products that directly impact our company KPIs
Guide other designers shining in their roles by supporting them in their specific areas while coming up with cohesive best practices that can be applied company-wise
