In Natech we are looking to hire a creative and experienced Mid-Senior UI/UX Designer to join our Product Design Team.
The Role
As a Mid-Senior UI/UX Designer you will be responsible for designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our web and mobile applications. You will collaborate with functional and cross-functional teams and report to the Head of Technology Innovation.
Your Responsibilities will include:
Create visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces for both mobile and web applications.
Collaborate with internal and external teams, including developers, product managers and other stakeholders, to understand project requirements and present customer centric solutions.
Utilize design tools, with a strong emphasis on Figma, to craft wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions and improve user experiences.
Ensure designs align with industry best practices and accessibility standards.
Translate complex concepts into simple, user-friendly designs, considering both functionality and aesthetics.
Develop, maintain and communicate with respective stakeholders guidelines, best practices and standards.
Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to enhance the overall design process.
Mentor junior designers providing guidance and feedback.
