About the role:
As a Product Designer Jr on the Growth Team at Doctoranytime, you will be at the forefront of developing innovative solutions to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the design of user interfaces, user experiences, and features that enhance our platform's growth and overall user satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
User-Centric Design: Utilize a user-centric design approach to create intuitive and visually appealing product experiences that resonate with our diverse user base.
Collaboration: Work closely with other designers, product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into design solutions.
Prototyping: Create and iterate on wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design concepts and gather feedback.
Usability: Improve usability and refine designs based on user feedback, ensuring a seamless and delightful user experience.
Data-Driven Design: Leverage data and analytics to inform design decisions, contributing to the continuous improvement of our products.
Qualifications:
Good knowledge in Design, HCI, or related fields.
Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing previous design projects, case studies, and your process.
Tools: Proficiency in design tools (such as Figma)
Collaboration: Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
Passion for Growth: Enthusiasm for contributing to the growth of a product, with an understanding of how design impacts user acquisition and retention.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to evolving priorities and challenges.
