About the job

About Salesforce

We’re Salesforce, the Customer Company, inspiring the future of business with AI+ Data +CRM. Leading with our core values, we help companies across every industry blaze new trails and connect with customers in a whole new way. And, we empower you to be a Trailblazer, too — driving your performance and career growth, charting new paths, and improving the state of the world. If you believe in business as the greatest platform for change and in companies doing well and doing good – you’ve come to the right place.

Salesforce’s Product UX org is hiring for multiple positions at the Senior and Lead levels. Our teams craft Salesforce’s enterprise and consumer products, create new design patterns and guidelines, and partner with cross-disciplinary teams to bring human-centered experiences to life. These roles are an opportunity to solve meaningful problems at scale, design for inclusivity and accessibility, and make life better for our users and customers.

You’ll build our product and feature vision by leveraging your skills in visualization, influence, and empathy. You’ll collaborate closely with product and technology partners as a key stakeholder in our release roadmap. You’ll immerse yourself in the end-to-end experience of your work, creating a variety of design artifacts to communicate ideas and direction. Ultimately, you’ll make products people love to use – tools that make a salesperson’s day more productive, a marketer’s campaign more powerful, and a developer’s app more feature-rich.

If you want to use your UX skills to inspire teams, create amazing experiences, and transform the way business gets done, we would love for you to join us!

Service Cloud

Clouds we are currently hiring for:

Salesforce Service Cloud is world’s most complete & connected service platform. Service Cloud is the largest Cloud within Salesforce, used by businesses of all sizes, across industries, around the world, that require customer service and support capabilities and who are looking to streamline and enhance contact center operations.

Service Cloud Designers are partners and thought leaders. We are collaborators and we get things done. Your role will be pivotal in shaping solutions for millions of users worldwide, who rely on our products on a daily basis. If you are a problem solver, a systems thinker, a team player and you can show real business impact in the field of enterprise product design, we want you.

Hyperforce Infrastructure Platform

Salesforce’s Developer Experience (DX) team is looking for a talented designer to help deliver experiences that empower the world’s top developers to build great apps on the Salesforce platform.

As a Senior Designer for the Salesforce Developer Experience team, you will help shape the vision, roadmap, workflows, and product integrations that ensure our developer tools are part of a joyful, unified experience that sits comfortably within the Salesforce ecosystem. You’ll work to ensure that each tool in our developer suite can be discovered, understood, and used in ways embraced by modern app developers – no-code, low-code, and pro-code alike. You’ll engage and inspire designers, product teams, and developers to do their best work and give your best effort every day. You’ll own your area and drive innovation. And you’ll take ownership of your work, celebrate your team’s successes, and have fun doing it.

Industries (Health Cloud)

The Salesforce Industries team is shaping the future of healthcare, financial services, and many other sectors in a major growth area for the company. You’ll see how we are expanding our product portfolio with three clouds for customers in communications, media, energy and utilities, and new solutions for the public sector, providing purpose-built apps with industry-specific data models and pre-built business processes that help drive ROI and digital engagement. These products are all built on one scalable and flexible platform — the Salesforce Customer 360 and the world’s #1 CRM — to help companies thrive and connect with their customers in entirely new ways during this time.

The new clouds join Salesforce’s already established industry clouds in healthcare, financial services manufacturing, consumer goods, government, nonprofit, education and philanthropy. In total, Salesforce now brings 12 industry clouds to market in order to help companies accelerate time to value, go digital faster and transform their industry

Data Cloud

At Salesforce, we make the tools that help people work more effectively and efficiently. Product Design and User Experience is at the center of all of it. In this role, you’ll be part of the Salesforce Data Cloud User Experience team; working closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers, you will shape our Data Cloud experiences.

Salesforce Data Cloud aims to help companies understand their customers and create value at every touchpoint in the customer lifecycle with harmonized data. Allowing businesses to connect data from a wide variety of sources while providing tools to bring that data together. Our Data Cloud User Experience team ensures that users will be able to efficiently and intuitively access, analyze, and leverage data within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Behind Salesforce Data Cloud is a team of talented UX designers, product leaders and engineers dedicated to creating integrated experiences that support strong relationships for users and their customers. You’ll immerse yourself in all aspects of end-to-end experience design: using storyboards, journey maps, flow diagrams, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas and direction. Bring your skills, inspire your team, and create amazing experiences as you help us transform the way business gets done.
