- Conduct user research to understand the needs, behaviors, and pain points of our users.
- Develop user personas, user journeys, and wireframes to define the structure and flow of the product.
- Ensure that the product is intuitive and easy to navigate, with buttons and elements placed logically.
- Design visually appealing and cohesive interfaces that align with our brand identity.
- Create high-fidelity mockups and prototypes to illustrate design concepts.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure the final product matches the design specifications.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to understand requirements and incorporate feedback.
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve design quality.
- Ensure alignment between UX and UI design, maintaining a consistent look and feel across the product.
- Conduct usability testing to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing results.
- Advocate for the user experience and ensure that user needs are prioritized in the design process.
- Maintain comprehensive design documentation, including style guides, design systems, and component libraries.
- Ensure that design assets are organized and accessible to the development team.
- 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, within Project and Program Management or enterprise solutions.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design work, including user research, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, including layout, color theory, typography, and accessibility.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
