We are looking to recruit a digital designer with strong UX & UI experience to work across both brand and eCommerce focused digital projects and products. This role would take the lead in taking the Ruroc websites to best-in-class across both user and brand experience. From improving conversion rate through constant site optimisation to creating immersive and engaging product & brand experiences – this crucial position is both creative and technical, and will be responsible for creating outstanding digital experiences for Ruroc’s community of riders.

The role will have significant interaction across development, eCommerce, marketing and creative.  As such the ideal candidate will be comfortable working across different departments and disciplines and adept and dealing with both creative and technical briefs and concepting.  The successful candidate can expect to have an ongoing stream of business-as-usual iteration and optimisation related to the site experience through to large scale project and campaign execution. Responsibilities

Oversight of and gatekeeper for the look, feel and brand execution of the website
Manage and execute content changes onsight including banners, landing pages and other visual assets
Lead the concepting and execution of constant iterative improvements to the site UX and UI
Contribute to and lead the execution of campaign execution onsite   
Lead the prototyping of concepts and coordinate creative/asset needs with the creative team
Collaborate with the eCommerce team on conversion rate optimisation 
Collaborate with product development teams on product and category presentation onsite
Collaborate with the marketing and creative team on product launches, seasonal campaigns etc.
