About the role
As a result of our incredible success and growth, we are looking for a Junior Designer to join us, you will be responsible for assisting in the delivery of the visual direction and execution of the Student Beans brands across all B2B and B2C channels. You’ll be joining our fantastic creative team which is part of our wider Brand and Communications function whilst reporting into our Creative Manager alongside two experienced Designers.
Requirements
Responsibilities include:
- Work alongside the Brand Design Team on multiple print and digital design tasks across B2C and B2B projects, while adhering to the brand guidelines.
- Assist in the design of all graphic channels and touchpoints, including but not limited to Social, Advertising, Print, small scale animation, Email and sales packs.
- Keep up to date with new technologies, approaches, innovations and opportunities and share these ideas to the team.
- Assist in the management of brand assets and maintain brand quality standards as well
as resolve any branding issues promptly with your Line Manager. - Work alongside stakeholders, contribute to the creative process, while delivering all projects to a high standard.

We’d really like to hear from you, if you have…
- Experience as a working designer (Print and digital)
- Basic knowledge in digital and print best practice
- Basic knowledge in the Adobe CC Suite
- Highly creative and adept at relationship building with internal and external clients
- Open to working in a fast paced environment
- Self-motivated, worked towards tight deadlines, comfortable solving problems and a creative thinker
- A team player who enjoys what they do and are happy to share knowledge and experiences
