In this role you will:

Lead initiatives that give restaurateurs seamless ways to manage administrative tools —such as Integrations and Menus– enhancing their restaurant’s operation and growth.

Identify new product enhancements and opportunities using systems thinking to scale solutions across our platform

Become an expert in restaurant operator workflows by facilitating research with restaurant owners and staff

Work closely with a thoughtful and collaborative team of product designers, product managers, and engineers to deliver experiences that help restaurants provide incredible hospitality for their guests

You enjoy solving complex design challenges and are a systems thinker. You have experience designing for web and have an exceptional portfolio that showcases a breadth of product design work. You also have:

Experience designing for enterprise, or have solved for very complex and ambiguous spaces

Strong interaction design and systems thinking

The ability to negotiate, prioritize, and break down design work into measurable outcomes while advocating for the user

Strong curiosity and willingness to learn from others

An appetite and appreciation for feedback from stakeholders and peers

Led user research and can link research findings to designs

Great visual design skills

The ability to manage time effectively and can self-direct to deliver against agreed-upon commitments

Experience collaborating with product managers and engineers in an agile environment

Strong written and verbal communication skills and can clearly articulate design decisions

Experience working with remote teams

Expertise in Figma and other prototyping tools
