Pinterest is seeking a methodical and thoughtful Product Designer who has a passion for crafting intuitive, consistent, and delightful experiences. As a Senior Product Designer within the Measurement Design Team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our Conversion products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners and engage in high-visibility projects. Not only are you a problem-solver, but also a swift executor, driven by a passion for tackling complex challenges with user-friendly designs.

What you’ll do
  • Create visions and strategies for the Conversion visibility team, Lead design projects across the entire product lifecycle and multiple product launches. 
  • Design industry-leading conversion tracking products that help businesses understand the effectiveness of advertising campaigns on Pinterest.
  • Partner hand-in-hand with a talented group of cross-functional peers to define the future of conversion tracking and measurement products
What we’re looking for
  • Strong portfolio that demonstrates outstanding design skills and a passion for data and systems thinking.
  • Someone who thrives working in highly complex spaces and bringing simple and intuitive solutions to life to improve user comprehension.  
  • Experience in balancing speed and quality with a focus on driving impact through optimizations.
  • Great communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate your design decisions and the problems they’re solving.
  • Excellent product thinking and UX design skills.
  • High level of self-awareness with a growth mindset that is focused on impact.
  • Must have experience designing for B2B tools, having enterprise/ads domain knowledge is a plus
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability contribute and grow cross-functional teams and partners as part of your process
